Welcome to Battle of Specs (BOS). By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Battle of Specs if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, The BOS Team owns the intellectual property rights for all material on Battle of Specs. This includes our proprietary comparison tables, custom audit graphics, and the "BOS Rating" system. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
2. User Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
- Republishing BOS audit data on other media platforms without proper backlink credit.
- Selling, sublicensing, or commercializing any website material.
- Using this website in any way that is or may be damaging to this website or its reputation.
3. Retail & Payment Terms
For any retail operations or specialized AI automation services managed via this platform, we follow a 20/80 Partial-Prepayment Model:
- 20% Advance: Required to confirm an order or initiate a service project.
- 80% Balance: Due upon delivery or completion of the service.
Note: Advance payments are generally non-refundable once the procurement or technical setup process has begun.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The BOS Team, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website. Our comparisons are based on technical data available at the time of publication and are intended as a guide, not a financial guarantee.
5. Variation of Terms
The BOS Team is permitted to revise these terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
6. Governing Law
These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pakistan for the resolution of any disputes.
