At The BOS Team, we strive to ensure that every product audit, retail item, or AI service meets our high standards. Because we operate on a partial-prepayment basis, we have established the following guidelines to protect both the buyer and the platform.
1. The 20% Advance Policy
The 20% advance payment required for orders or services is used to initiate procurement, reserve hardware, or begin technical setup. This advance is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after the processing stage has begun.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds of the advance payment are only issued under the following circumstances:
- The requested product is out of stock and cannot be procured within the promised timeframe.
- A service project (AI Automation) cannot be initiated due to technical limitations on our end.
- The item delivered is significantly different from the specifications audited on our platform.
3. Exchange Policy
For physical hardware or accessories, exchanges are permitted within 3 days of delivery if:
- The item has a verifiable manufacturing defect.
- The wrong model or color variant was delivered.
- The item remains in its original, unopened packaging with all BOS seals intact.
4. Digital Services (AI Automation)
Due to the nature of digital work, once the final 80% payment is made and the project files or automations are handed over, no refunds will be issued. However, we offer a 7-day support period to fix any bugs or technical issues related to the initial project scope.
5. How to Initiate a Request
To request an exchange or refund, please email admin@battleofspecs.com with your order details and a clear description of the issue. For hardware defects, an unboxing video is highly recommended for faster processing.

By proceeding with the 20% advance payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Exchange and Refund terms. The BOS Team reserves the right to make final decisions on all claims.
